STC # 305, Cotton Belt Depot Multi-Cache

I bring to yall a series of railroad related caches... this one of course being located within Corsicana Texas.

In order to find the the final ( yes this is a 3 stage multi ) you will need to go to both stage one and two obviously... at stage one you will see a very unique trolly car i belive?... im not 100%... you are looking for a plaque that appears on the far northern beam that helps support the roof structure over this trolly car... on the plaque it says this:

Texas Electric Railway was the longest interurban route in the southwest, running through ______, north to ______ and south to ______. the corsicana #305 ran from 1917 until 1941.

fill in the above blanks with the words provided by placing them in order as they appear on the plaque at stage one... use the numbers beside each word to fill in the first three blanks within the coordinates from left to right.

On to stage 2 ( not that far away ) you will be looking at the eastern wall of the former ( Cotton Belt ) depot... as you look... you will see 2 words in green paint... what are those words?
