This should be a straightforward cache and dash in an area of Cardiff with few caches.
It's very close to a tarmac path and should be suitable for wheelchair users though assistance may be required in reaching the actual cache.
The difficulty rating is given because there can be quite a lot of muggles around, so you will need to use stealth to sign and replace this without being seen.
