The cache is located at the posted coordinates. Once reaching the area you will have to solve the puzzle before logging the cache. The log book is in a canister which is locked inside the puzzle. The combination for the lock is also inside the container. Your job is to figure out how to get the combination which is in a blinkie out so you can sign the log book.
Please do not hold the cache by what looks like a handle to shake the blinkie out. Also please be careful not to lose the blinkie. It is quite small. Holding one hand over the outlet is a good way to prevent the blinkie from winding up on the ground. After opening the cache and signing the logbook please put the blinkie in the top portion of cache and the log back in the canister, replace where you found it and lock it up ready for the next cacher. YOU MUST SIGN LOG TO CLAIM THIS CACHE!
