Geocache Description:

Santa Clarita Valleys first needed, real, and legit container for all our trackables, fun items, swag, coins, and other trading materials, etc... All with a beautiful view overlooking the city on a newly developed road, new playground, new housing, and a new dog park with one beautiful :-)  

 

The Santa Clarita Valley has no real TB Hotels, and now as an experienced caching family, it is time for a great one to be hidden about in our "Awesome-town" :-). With the road construction completed and the opening of the a new, huge, and mighty convenient road, we figured it was time to finally put one where we can all safely trade our valuables, and always have a go-place. We have many TBs and swag items to continuously fill this cache and maintain it, so we hope to see it grow just as much as the city itself has :-) Feel free to drop/trade any items or TBs/coins as they will be in good hands and can begins new adventures. 
We would highly appreciate if everyone logs their find, takes pictures, and take care of this one. The landscapers gave me the go-ahead to plant this here.
