The roads here form a triangle. Seriously, zoom out on your device/phone and check out the layout of the three roads you see in this area. 14th Avenue NE, Mayhew Lake Road NE (CR1), and St. Germain Street East form a triangle. This cache is located near the north intersection of the triangle.
I suspect in the warmer months you won't need as much stealth, but it is always recommended. BYOP!!
This cache is not inside the pipeline station you see to the south. It can likely hold TBs and other small items.
