These apartments along Lake Carolyn were constructed in 2009 and formerly named Lincoln. Before that date this was yet another undeveloped field. You can park here to grab the cache, should be an easy P&G if muggles aren't about. It would be a crime to not take a stroll though and enjoy the beauty that is Lake Carolyn. Have fun and good luck!
