Yet another McCormicks Creek cache! This area of the park was so enjoyable when we visited a week ago that we came back today, played for a while and then hid our latest cache very near to our "playground".
Be sure to bring a change of clothes. There is a very scenic creek bed at the cache site that has the coolest (and I do mean temperature) water flowing over several varying levels of rock. The rock bed that it is flowing over is mostly smooth and very easy to navigate. We love playing down there in the creek bed or just sitting and enjoying the cold water. There is a very easy path down to the waters edge. Enjoy your visit.
The cache is in a container that is approx. 6 inches across and about 5 inches tall.
