Celebrating First Finds Event Cache

Let's meet between 3:00 and 4:00 on the afternoon of Feb 7th, for some discussion about how we were introduced to geocaching and our first finds. The coords will require a short hike from the parking area, to a picnic table on one of the easily traveled trails in this hidden away preserve. I live only about 5 minutes from here, yet was unaware that it existed, until I became addicted to geocaching..

Do you remember your first find? Come prepared to share your stories and pictures if available, of the first geocache you ever found. Was it something amazing to you? Like a lamp post skirt, or a guard rail, a MKH, or if you were lucky... An ammo can??? Maybe a TB you picked up and didn't know what to do next..! That's a biggie isn't it?  I'm celebrating my 2nd anniversary of GeoCaching on Feb 9th. My first find was in this park. Bring your trackables to discover and or drop off. We'll hang out for about an hour, or until you feel like leaving. DONT MAKE ME EAT ALL THE CAKE BY MYSELF...!
