Geocache Description:

Welcome to Clue, Star Trek style

This is a game of Clue.  Like the board game you need to collect information to determine the victim, the perpetrator, the place, and the weapon.  There will be 7 caches for each, released one a day with the final released on Feb 29th.  In each cache there will be a code to collect and note the cache it goes with. It is used to solve the final.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

A transporter is a fictional machine used in Star Trek to teleport people and objects from one place to another.  They convert items into an engery pattern and then "beam" it to another location where it is rematerialized into matter.  When an object rematerializes incorrectly it is called a transporter accident.  Could this be the cause of our crime?  Could General Chang be our killer? Could Scotty be the victim? Could the phaser be the weapon? Could the transporter be the place?

Please replace as found

In order to solve this cache you will need to take the transporter to some locations of counties that have banded together to make a conference of the European postal and telecommunications administration. Serbia, Vatican City, Andorra, Slovak Republic, Bosnia, Belarus, Norway, Albania, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
