This year, I'm bringing this back close to its original site.
The coordinates are in a slough just off the Stockton Ship Channel. Larger vessels may not be able to access the site. If a fisherman has planted himself at the site, It may need to offset just a bit. When you get close to the coordinates, look for a small yellow kayak or a group of mixed vessels.
The actual event will be a half hour lunch (bring your own) on the water starting at noon at the listed coordinates. Your task is to decide where to park, and then to get your favored special equipment to the site. After lunch, we will scatter, or link up with new or old friends for your own exploration.
