Geocache Description:

This geocache is located in the Lake Elmo Park Reserve. A daily fee or yearly sticker is required to enter in a vehicle. Entrance is free the first (non-holiday) Tuesday of each month.

The "Double Eagle" first stage is the site of two Eagle Scout Projects on Eagle Point Lake.

The boardwalk is an Eagle Scout Project by Frank Berdan, Jr. of Troop ### in 2008. The plaque for the boardwalk is located at the reference point.

The bird blind is an Eagle Scout Project by Brian Fleming of Troop ## in 2006. The plaque for this project was removed during renovation in 2018.
This 2-stage multi is located near the Red Trail by Eagle Point Lake.

While it is winter friendly, please respect the ski trail rules, which means you must have a ski pass and skis to get most of the way to this cache, otherwise, bushwhack your way there.

In the summer, it is easily reached by trails.

Parking is available at the trail head parking lot or Group Camp parking area.

The final cache is at N44 58.ABC W92 54.DEF
ABC = 625 + Troop Number of the Scout who built the bird blind. Since the plaque has been removed, you can calculate the troop number by going inside the blind and counting the number of rows of bird photos + 1 for the first digit, then the number of columns of bird photos + 1 for the second digit. (Then add 625 to get ABC).

DEF = 383 + Troop Number of the Scout who built the boardwalk. In winter, if the plaque is hidden by snow, then DEF = ABC - 64.

Checksum: A + B + C + D + E + F = 27
