It is a public road, but you will have to find out if it open or plowed through. One great fact is you are right in the middle of Hadley's great crop, asparagus! This is prime farmland, devoted to it. It is harvested here by local farmers. Many years and generations of harvesting this crop are happening right here. Room for trade items and other swag.
