Best way to approach this cache is to park at the top of the access road and walk down to the goods. A little-used part of Birkmose Park, which is more famous for its magnificent views and burial mounds. Small PB jar here, and should be accessible most times of the year (you may have to dig just a little if there's alot of snow). Nothing that would stop geocachers in these parts!
