This cache is hidden along the Old RR Bed Trail. I recommend approaching this cache from the waypoint I have provided. Along the way to GZ, you will be walking on an elevated section of the trail. The Old Put once ran from Eastview, through a rock outcrop (where my Tarrytown Lakes Chasm cache is), across a trestle, then through a much larger rock cut, and made its way north to here. The trestle was later demolished and the Old Put was rerouted once again around the south shore of the Tarrytown Reservoir. The Rockefeller's later had the Old Put rerouted to where the NCT currently is.
