Geocache Description:

A lakeside cache that is just off the highway but provides a pretty walk next to a beauty of a lake.  Bring a fishing pole and a cooler of drinks and what a day you've got.  Fish your way across the dam.  Channel cats can be active in the evening hours and no boat required.  This cache may be a little easier if the hayfield has been mowed.  Plenty of swag for those looking to trade out. Log and pen included. Lake is open from April 1-Oct 31

A favorite local fishing hole for bluegill, catfish, and crappie.  A boat landing provides a great place to launch and a rustic privy is available too.
