2016 GEOCKY International Earth Day Weekend CITO Cache In Trash Out® Event

Cache In Trash Out^® (CITO) is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers around the world have been dedicated to improving parks and other cache-friendly places. For the past 13 years, geocachers around the world have celebrated International CITO weekend annually by hosting and participating in events in their local area. 

Saturday, April 23, 2016, 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Everyone is welcome to help us clean up this stretch of the roadway near Masterson Station. We will park and meet at 9:00 a.m. at the given coordinates, located just inside Masterson Station Park. After a briefing we will split into teams and begin the task of picking up litter along Leestown Road. 

Be sure to bring your own gloves and dress accordingly for the weather. Bottled water and trash bags will be provided. If you cannot make it there by 9:00 a.m. feel free to join us and pitch in as soon as you can.
