Baby Cache Traditional Cache

Lots of things happen in the nearby building, but the Younger Minion wanted to hide a special cache and pick a place. 

He talked about his history and how he was linked back to this very building and how many friends were also born here. We found a great spot where you may park while you are waiting for a local baby to be born. The Younger Minion is a bit devious and decided he didn't want to hide anything in the most likely parking lot spot. Nope! It had to be in just the right spot with just the right camo. I am guessing at the Difficulty level based on the current conditions and camo. Please place it back exactly where you found it so it is less likely to be found during a trash pick up.
