Maybe their camo doesn't quite blend in. Maybe they are hidden in areas that don't get many visitors, and are condemned to a life of few finds and even fewer favorite points. Maybe they have recycled log sheets. Maybe they are the relics of archived caches. Whatever the reason, these caches are clearly unfortunate.
This cache is typical of the type that one expects to find along roads such as this one. So typical, in fact, that it will likely linger in obscurity. That is unfortunate.
Fortunately, the cache does come with incredible views and a turnout right at ground zero. That should make for a quick smiley and there is nothing unfortunate about that!
