Choir Practice Mystery Cache

The cache container is not hidden at the posted coordinates, that is where you park.  To determine the final coordinates, you will need to solve the puzzle. This area is only open during daylight hours. Please do not attempt to find this one in the dark. This was hidden in the winter; I suspect it will be tougher to get to in the spring and summer.

My family enjoys music.  Two of us have music degrees and currently direct choirs, and all of us sing or have sung in choirs.  When my boys were small and would see a large group of birds perched on electric wires, they would tell me the birds were gathered for choir practice.  Even today as adults, they still use that description when they see such a gathering of birds.  In order to figure out where I hid this cache you'll need to solve the puzzle displayed below.  You'll also need to arrange the choir sections in proper order.
