LOHAS is an acronym for Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability.
"The LOHAS Park" in Hong Kong is a gigantic residential development by The MTR Corporation, the largest transportation operator and ironically also the largest land developer in Hong Kong.
The LOHAS development set to provide homes for 10,000 people. However, because of a shortage of public facilities and transportation options, the development currently only has about 30,000 residents. (To date, there is still no restaurant or cafe in the whole housing estate)
The cache is located at the mouth of the canal leading to Tseung Kwan O New Town. It is also on a famous bicycling and jogging trail for locals. You can enjoy a panorama view of the 3 famous new bedroom communities developed by the Hong Kong government - Tiu Keng Leng, Tsueng Kwan O and LOHAS Park.
