Geocache Description:

You're looking for a regular size cache that is only about 120 feet off of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail.

Why is it called the "hanging tree?" You never know what interesting items you might find hanging around... Feel free to take or trade swag, wherever you may find it!

This cache was placed for the annual Wisconsin Geocaching Association (WGA) Campout. Each year the WGA has a campout for geocachers in a different part of the state.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Amanda Kutka of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
