Questa cache e stato messo per portarti in un breve viagio nel oliveto che cerconda la bella citta di Ostuni, per mostrare come l'imaginazione di una persona sola puo’ contribuire a rendere il mondo un posto piu pulito e bello.
Quest' angolo di una stradina silenziosa stava usata per buttare la mondezza abusiva, finche un sconosciuto ha avuto l'idea brillante di trasformare un posto di rifiuti in un luogo di fiori. Chiunque essi siano, sono impegnati a mettere una statua della Madonna e allegare al muro un segno dipinto a mano col messaggio 'Per Piacere Non Gettare I Rifiuti Ma Regalami Un Fiore'. Questa ha avuto un affeto immediato; l'angolo di questa stradina adesso sta racoglendo tantissimi fiori, alcuni freschi, alcuni finti, certi fiori in vasi e certi senza. Ma non c'e piu la mondezza. Meravigliosa!
Il contenitore del cache e’ una scatola di plastica clip serratura, ma e mascherato di fondere con l'ambiente. Mentre stai cercando, si prega di non dannare i pianti o la statua.
Quando posto questa cache, la scatola conteneva una varieta’ di piccoli oggetti per gli swap per i bambini, un registro e penna, una nota che spiega geocaching e tre travel bugs. La cache e’ stata fatta mentre facevamo vacanze e sara tenuta da amici che vivono vicino. I travel bugs sono messo per noi tre che stanno tornando al UK fra poco. Speriamo che questa sara l'inizio di una corsa al Wirral nel Nord Ovest dell’ Inghilterra per i tre bugs. Stanno andando ad un altra cache mia 'Geobling - GC4266F'

This cache has been placed to take you on a short trip out into the olive groves surrounding the beautiful town of Ostuni, to show how one person's imagination can help to make the world a cleaner and lovelier place.
This corner of a quiet lane was constantly attracting fly tipping until an unknown someone had the clever idea to turn it into a place of flowers instead of rubbish. Whoever they are, they went to the trouble of placing here a statue of The Madonna and attaching to the wall a roughly hand-painted sign with the message: ' Please don't throw rubbish, but leave me a present of a flower'. (Per Piacere Non Gettare I Rifiuti Ma Regalami Un Fiore.) This has had an instant effect; this corner of a lane in the Puglian countryside is now collecting an array of flowers, some real, some not, some in pots, some not. And there's not a bit of rubbish to be seen. Marvellous!
The cache container is a clip-lock plastic box, but it is well disguised to blend in well with its surroundings. While looking for it, please do not damage any of the plants or the statue.
When placed, the box contained a variety of small items for swaps that may appeal to children, a log book and pen, a note explaining geocaching, and three travel bugs. The cache was made while some of us were on holiday here and will be looked after by friends who live nearby. The travel bugs are placed here for the three of us who are heading back to the UK soon; this will be the start of a race back to the Wirral in North West England for the three bugs. They are all heading for another of my caches 'Geobling - GC4266F'
N.B. The cache was first published on 24.9.15. FTF were TEAMALO on 26.9.15, followed by GerardNL on 8.12.15, Zulaatje on 20.12.15 and Ste.grazzi on 16.1.16. The cache has been republished to correct the cache type from Mystery to Traditional. On republishing it still contained one of the original trackables.
