Over or Under? Traditional Cache

This bridge is made for walkers. It crosses over the Hood River and is part of a walking trail that goes from the hook to the Best Western Hotel. During the winter months when the river gets excessively high it is neat to stand in the center of the bridge as the water roars below you. Also you can sometimes see fish swim by!

For this one you will have to make the decision if the cache is on the walking portion of the bridge or underneath.
