Geocache Description:

Time and Space...how does this one fit in?

A Geeky Girl-Atlantis

“Anticipating problems and figuring out how to solve them is actually the opposite of worrying: it’s productive.” –Chris Hadfield

“I didn’t feel like a giant. I felt very, very small.” –Neil Armstrong

“When I first looked back at the Earth, standing on the Moon, I cried.” –Alan Shepard

“That may have been ‘one small step’ for Neil, but it’s a heck of a big leap for me!” –Bruce McCandless

“The space shuttle spreads its wings one final time for the start of a sentimental journey into history.” –NASA Spokesman Rob Navias

The summer of 2015 involved an absolutely life highlight.  I got to spend a day at Kennedy Space Center...NASA!  I was giddy, I was in awe....I was fangirling like you wouldn’t believe.  Yes, fangirling is a verb.  Trust me.  I cried in the Atlantis exhibit.  I actually cheered when the short film ended and the shuttle itself was revealed.  I took about seven thousand pictures including, a whack-load of the Canadarm.

This cache is for one of my reality-based fandoms.  Space...the Final Frontier.  :)
