Gulf Coast, Pensacola Bay, Cache to Eagle #2
This is just one geocache within a series of caches known as “Cache to Eagle”. These caches have been placed to showcase the pinnacle of Scouting achievement in the Boy Scouts of America: the rank of Eagle Scout. Reaching the rank of Eagle Scout requires years of dedication and hard work. In addition to six achievements in rank and a total of 21 required merit badges, each Scout must complete an extensive service project that he plans, organizes, leads, and manages. These projects can be found all over the place.
This particular cache has been placed at the site of an Eagle Scout Project which constructed a fitness “par course” consisting of several exercise stations (look nearby!) for circuit training!
