Geocache Description:

This path goes through a chalk pit where there is ample free parking.

To retrieve this cache and return to your car at the chalk pit car park, should only take about 10 minutes. The path is made up of chalk and can be very slippery when wet. There are also plenty of tree roots to look out for. So do take care.

This lower footpath runs from St. Agnes Church, all the way to The Nodes Beacon, where it splits, one path going to The Needles Battery and the lower path to Alum Bay.
