Stenkyrkehuk är en svensk fyrplats belägen på Gotlands nordvästra kust. Fyren anlades efter ritningar av John Höijer som komplement till hamnfyren i Visby vilken var den enda fyren på Gotlands västkust vid den tiden. Byggnaden består av ett koniskt järntorn och är belägen i ett barrskogsområde som tvärt övergår i hav vid en bergskant. Från början var fyren utrustad med en Fresnel-lins av tredje ordningen och fotogenlampa. 1936 fick den Dalénljus, och 1960 blev fyren elektriskt driven och automatiserad. Samtidigt fick den en lins av första ordningen som avlägsnades 1991 då fyren inte ansågs lika viktig längre. Numera har fyren en modern lins av sjätte ordningen och 60 watt-lampa. Fyrtornet är idag beläget på privat egendom då fyrvaktarbostaden har sålts. Sjöfartsverket äger fortfarande själva fyrtornet.

J= Tvärsumman av antalet trappsteg ner till stranden.
Steg 3. Nu står du på stranden och ser ett antal bodar.
G= Antalet bodar inklusive det lilla dasset.
E= Antalet stenar på stranden.
F= E+9.

The lighthouse in Stenkyrkehuk was designed by John Höijer. At the time, the lighthouse in Visby was the only lighthouse on the west coast of Gotland, so this was built as a compliment to that one. The building is consisting of a conic iron tower and is situated in a forested area on a cliff very close to the seashore. The lighthouse was originally equipped with a Fresnel-lens of the third degree and a petroleum lamp. In 1936 it was changed to a Dalén-light and in 1960 the lighthouse became electric and automatic. At the same time, it was equipped with a lens of the first degree. The lens was removed in 1991 since the lighthouse was not considered to be that important any more. Now it has a modern lens of the sixth degree and a 60 watt lamp. Today the lighthouse is situated on private land and the guard house has been sold, but the lighthouse is still owned by the Swedish Maritime Administration.

This is a multi cache that will require a short hike and some stairclimbing. The given coordinates will take you to a place where you can park your car. There is also room to park a bit further in on the street that angels to the left. Please make sure that you are not blocking any road and note that the area around the lighthouse is private and must not be entered.
Stage 1: From here, you can see a year on the lighthouse. The numbers will give you ABCD.
Stage 2: When you are standing here, you have one staircase going up to the gate of the lighthouse and one going down to the seashore. You need to count the wooden steps in both of them.
H= The cross foot of the number of steps leading up to the lighthouse gate. (To get a cross foot you add the digits together for example the cross foot of 57 is 5+7 ie 12).
J= The cross foot of the number of steps leading down to the seashore.
Stage 3: You are now standing on the seashore and have some small buildings in front of you.
G= The number of buildings including the small latrine house.
E= The number of rocks on the seashore.
F= E+9.
