Leap Day Puzzle Mystery Cache

As with all mystery caches, this one is NOT at the given coordinates (did you notice anything about the numbers?).

For some, this will be a very simple puzzle, but others may have to do some thinking. The point is not to make this difficult, but to have a new cache that can be found on Leap Day, and for anyone working on challenges that involve February 29, the hide date may help.

The puzzle: What is the one thing that fulfills all of these: The rich need it, it’s more evil than the devil, if you eat it you will die, it’s greater than God, and the poor have it?

The coordinates: From the answer, use the numeric values of the 4^th, 5^th, and 7^th letters, which will be A, B, and C.  To find the cache, add CAB to N40°52.982 and subtract BCA from W83°53.272.
