Geocache Description:

Cache is not at the posted coordinates!

Simply solve the puzzle below to make the easy find.

So, for a chance I'm actually going to be a nice guy and tell you what you need to do for this one! All you need to do is visit the following link and input the correct code, and the coordinates shall be yours!

Input the Code

Easy right? Well, I suppose you do need to know the code, so I'll tell you. It's...

ABCDEF

Simple enough right? Although I suppose I should mention that each of those letters stands for a single digit number.

How do you get those numbers?

Okay, maybe it's not as simple as I let on, you use the table and the key below!

Key Code:

So, all you have to do is take the placement of the Os in each section of the grid, and add up the corresponding numbers in the key to get the number for that section. For example, section A is the meeting of container and favorite points, and let's just assume that the Os go in a line from top right to bottom left. You would add 2, 3, -2, 2, and 3 for a total of 8.

You're not done with this yet? Well I guess you would need to know where the Os go in each section. For that, there is a story and clues below, so enjoy!

You may or may not remember Geocacher X, who had some pretty nifty caches placed all around Lehigh County. They are all archived now, and in trying to tell some of your geo-friends about the amazing caches, you realize you only remember bits and pieces of the information. Now, you might say that it’s absolutely silly that you remember some of the things below, but hardly any straightforward and helpful information, and you’re probably right. But if left shark taught us anything, it’s that we have to take what we’re given, go out in front of the world, and just give it our all.

But I digress; let’s get back to what you know. You have bits and pieces of where the geocaches were placed, what year they were hidden, what the containers were, and how many favorite points they had when they were archived. Now it’s time to put all that information together

1. The geocache placed in 2014 had 225 favorite points less than the geocache placed in Trexler Park.

2. The geocache placed in 2008 wasn’t hidden in the nature preserve.

3. Of the geocache with 550 favorite points and the geocache with 250 favorite points, one was hidden in the nature preserve and the other was placed in 2006.

4. The geocache that has 475 favorite points wasn’t hidden in the Lehigh Parkway.

5. The bucket had 250 favorite points.

6. The lock’n’lock container, the geocache hidden in Cedar Beach, and the geocache hidden in 2014 are three different geocaches.

7. The geocache hidden in 2014 had somewhat fewer favorite points than the bison tube.

8. The five geocaches were the geocache found at the nature preserve, the geocache with 475 favorite points, the geocache with 550 favorite points, the pill bottle, and the geocache placed in 2014.

9. The geocache hidden in 2012 was hidden in the Lehigh Parkway.

Good luck!
