I was looking at the list of available Leap Day events in SE Michigan, and the possibilities were very limited. Let's make this happen!

Let's celebrate Leap Day 2016 with a flash mob event for those of us traveling to work in the morning. This event will last from 6:50 to 7:20am. Come and sign the log book, buy something tasty and warm (not required!), and move right along. Everyone attending this will get a Leap Day souvenir on their geocaching profile.
