Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the small parking area leading to the trails of the Jessmaine County Gorge Preserve.  There is room for about 4-5 cars so  be aware it may be full in nice weather.

This cache is NOT in the reserve.  The trailhead is located on the opposite (east) side of Corman Lane

Bring your own writing device as the cache is too small to hold one.  

 

 

 

 

 

Very few people know about the Jessamine Gorge Reserve. I can walk to the trail from my house but I have run into people on the trail that told me about public access via Corman Lane.  I thought this would be a great place for a cache.  I hope this cache will promote the trail as well as bring people on a rural road in Jessamine County that not many people have never traveled. For those of you unfamiliar with Nicholasville, the Corman name is very prominent. While in the area I recommend you visit the Corman and Rhorer Cemetery caches.
