Both members of the Countryfolks geocaching team have been volunteering here for years and this is where we met. The name of the geocache is a frequently used phrase used both in the barn and at our house when someone exclaims, “Hey!” the answer is almost always “Hay is for horses!” Three rules while you are visiting:
- No night caching.
- Please don’t block the driveway. Classes happen throughout the day and we want people to be able to get in and out of the parking lot.
- Don’t feed the horses. Our fence is electric and we don’t want you to get shocked! Also the horses have very specialized diets and shouldn’t have extra food.
FYI cell service is spotty in this location. If you are caching with the app, coordinates may not appear accurate. If this happens to you use the hint. It was written with this in mind.
We have obtained permission from the executive director to place this cache. Container is a small camoed cylinder but has room for small trading items. Please bring your own pen or pencil. Congrats to Sunshine&Moonman for being FTF.
