Posted at 1891 well should I explain the name. I would hope it doesn't refer to the snow of 1891. The last thing you want is snow up here. No its simpler than that its the height above sea level in feet that my etrex gives by the cache.
This is a quick drive past cache. In the summer mugglers could well be a problem. Plenty of parking and the cache is near the famous Hartside cafe.
The cache is a small film container. It is not hidden in the stones watch for the rubbish strewn about.
It may be a reach for smaller people.
The cache contains 2 small butterflies for the first finders. You will have to bring your own pen to sign the log Well done Dalraddy on being first to find.
