Sparkle-Ena is a shy woodland fairy who lives close to the edge of the forest. She would like you to come visit her, but only after dark. It can be a spookie place in here, so bring a friend or two. Other items to bring: a flashlight (but not halogen), boots for mucky trails, a pen or pencil, and maybe some rain gear.




Fairy dust will lead you right to Sparkle-Ena's home where two small red beacons will welcome you. Do not become fooled by those large red beacons in the night sky! There is one fire tack above her home.

Sparkele-Ena is a small woodland fairy and is really quite shy. One evening as she flew home, she became really quite tired and had to rest a few times along the way. As she rested, a wee bit of her sparkle was left behind. As you follow her fairy dust trail, you will notice that some sparkle much brighter than others. That was because the longer the rest, the more dust she left behind. FYI: The dust shines really bright at night, so it will be really easy to spot the trail in the darkness.
During the winter, some of the trails can become submereged under water and it can get really mucky. Come prepared, wear boots, or water proof shoes. Watch out for tripping hazzards. A really bright flash light will help. Keep following the sparkle trail until you find two small red beacons. Leave the small trail when you see them. Sparkle-Ena added a fire tack above her house, so shine your light all around until you locate it. Check the hint if you don't spot it right away.
It took way longer than expected to get Sparkle-Ena to give permission to have the geocache placed under her house. She joked that "I always wanted a basement and now I have one!" Permission was granted with a couple of "strings" attached.

1) Tread lightly around her property because she really likes the mossy forest floor.
2) Sign the guest book

3) Sparkleena really likes her new "basement", so please replace it once you are done with the guest book

4) Have fun, be safe, and stay on the existing trails until you are led off!!!
