Geocache Description:

The last hill on the Bibb track as it approaches the southern terminus in Albany.

Some people say that the creators of the Bibb track were sadists and dragged hikers up every possible hill. As the track approaches Albany city it suddenly takes off from sea level up the side of Mt Melville. A lovely quiet stroll through the bush and great harbour views make this final hill just about bearable.

There are stacks of king skinks up here, sunning themselves and crashing through the bush. I've never seen a snake here but, as always in the bush, keep your eyes open.

For safety's sake park at the given parking coordinates. Don't park on Serpentine Rd.
