Where am I in Taipei?
For my first cache in Taiwan I would like to start an open series of caches highlighting some of the many special buildings, artworks or other locations Taipei has to offer! Just find out where the location in the picture is at and the cache will be nearby.
This idea is stolen from a series of geocaches in my old hometown Hamburg, Germany. And since I've always loved them, I decided to start the Taipei edition. If you like this idea I warmly invite you to participate and hide another one in this series :)
Let's start with an easy one! This very unique sculpture is located within 1 km of the posted coordinates in a place tourists might stumble upon. And I'm sure many Taipei residents have seen this one before.
Once you've found the sculpture, the cache is located 71 meters away in 289 degrees true north.
