Turtle park Traditional Cache

Wakataka park or more commonly called "Turtle park" by locals is a nice little park in Ginowan. This park also happens a stone throw away from Big Dave's house. 

Been meaning to place a cache in this park for years but never got around to it untill today. This park has very high muggle activity at times so timing is everything.  And because I don't wont the cache to be muggled it is hidden very well.  The difficulty is high due to the high muggle traffic.
