The cache is a micro and is located in a typical "park and grab" spot near (but not in) the park. While you are here, visit this park and pay your respects to Sgt. Mark C. Palmateer, (10/21/69 - 6/26/08) who was a former Wappingers Falls resident, Army National Guard Sergeant, and first Dutchess County resident to give his life in the war on terror.
This park also contains a beam from The World Trade Center.
