Earthday 2016 CITO Cleanup
Erickson Park

Friday, April 22nd, 2016, 7:00 PM SHARP to 8:00 PM or later, until trash pickup is complete
Rain or Shine! Thunderstorms are the only threat that would cancel the event.
Gather up at the posted coords, on time in the parking lot at the posted coordinates.
Trash bags, water and snacks to be provided. Bring YOUR OWN gloves and trash pickup tool.
You MAY get dirty, so dress appropriately, and wear good footwear. Your garden gloves will come in handy as well and if someone brings mud boots, that would be great.
Our planned cleanup area isn't going to be the groomed areas that the elementary schools cleanup. We'll be focusing on the hill in the woods between the walking trail and the parking lot next to highway 3. The hill is steep which is why this event's terrain is rated 3 stars. I suspect the grade is between 40 and 45 degrees.. those with bad ankles we'll leave down at the bottom to clean.
Afterwards, at around 8:00 PM, a raffle drawing will be held,
where we can geo-mingle & exchange TBs; and perhaps some will peal off to go geocaching.
