islandmoni: I don't want to put cachers in danger if there is truly drug paraphernalia laying around. This no longer seems like the safest place for a cache so will archive.

Note: I broke my hanging device when I went to place this; however, where you find it is the PERFECT securing station (just lift the top one to replace it and it'll spring into place) :) enjoy!
