Billy Pickard Underpass. Pedestrian and bicycle underpass which connects West Campus to Main Campus, with endpoints at West Campus Garage, the Rec Center, and Kyle Field. The underpass is named after longtime A&M worker Billy Pickard, who worked over 50 years for A&M in several capacities, including being a trainer under famous coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. There are several 30 minute only free parking areas nearby!
