Einstienium99: Construction on the road starts tomorrow and will continue into the fall. The road is being rerouted and this cache will no longer be accessible. Also, it appears to be missing. With those concerns in mind, I am sadly archiving this cache.

This cache is on the hill with the sign welcoming you to the neighborhood. Please be aware of the high speeds on the nearby road and that the coordinates were taken with 32 foot accuracy. Happy Caching!
