Pakenham - Suffolk Football Series Traditional Cache

With 3 footballers in the family, most weekends we are at a game somewhere in Suffolk. The only one that doesn't play is mum and she likes to go off to find a cache instead. Too many times there aren't any caches nearby so we decided to fix that!

This cache is also Part One of a planned series of caches - Monkey Saw Us Going Home - to fill a space on the map that has been empty to long and to give my caching buddy Monkeysawus some caches to take her home from the in-laws!

At the time of placing this cache, Pakenham was the home pitch for the team To The Cache & Back plays for, nobody told eljoma that the team were moving pitches a few weeks later!

Pakenham's Sports Pitch is hidden away from the cache and car park by a tall hedge. Elsewhere on the site you'll find a children's play area but this is also nowhere near to the cache hide. 

Plenty of parking here, just be stealthy when matches finish and everyone leaves at once.
