Mallaig and the Morar peninsula deserve more than just a SideTracked micro I feel. So if you fancy a wee stretch of the legs after arriving by car or train take a decent track up to 256 feet where you'll find a superb view and hopefully a small dry geocache.

Also a big THANK YOU to the sutcliffe family for replacing the cracked box with another in summer 2021 when they saw the one in use was no longer watertight. And MANY THANKS INDEED to Milka71 for putting a new container and log sheet in place in September 2024 when the box had gone missing. Very helpful indeed. Another triumph for the "White Knights of Geocaching Fraternity" - keeping far-flung caches going for others to enjoy
