Stony Creek Path Traditional Cache

Micro cache near a backwoods path that runs along Stony Creek.

Stony Creek weaves it’s way through the inner western suburbs. It starts in Sunshine and ends it’s journey in the Yarra River under the West Gate Bridge. At the Geocache location however, it disappears underneath the Princes Hwy, before continuing under the Hungry Jacks and then reappearing in the lovely Cruickshank Park.

There is a path that follows the river almost the whole way through suburban houses, industrial areas and park lands. The Geocache section is a backwoods path and the entry is almost hidden from the main road, but it is there.

The small cache you’re looking for is a 3D printed canister with a lid that unscrews. BYO pen/pencil as original pencil was lost. Thanks :)
