Parking should be easy. Watch out for muggles, use stealth please. The best times to hunt this cache seems to be early in the morning, or in the evening. There is a parking attendant who lingers during the day. The coordinates are diffucult to pin point so follow the clues provided and don't trust your GPS. Replace exactly as you find.
Hello PE geocachers. I will be living in PE until November as a student at NMMU. I am from Bakersfield California. We have a strong geo community in Bakersfield, but not as strong as PE. I have had the pleasure of meeting a few of the local geocachers and it has been a pressure . So I thought I would try my hand in hiding my own cache. I will pass on the ownership in November if a local is willing to take over. Otherwise I will archive. *Congrats to Eben on a well dereved [FTF]. He endured a rainstorm to make the find.
