You are searching for a Wood Tick cache container which has an accordion fold log strip. You will need a writing implement to sign/date the log.

This cache is part of a series of caches placed at or near Communication towers. The caches are micro's and contain a log strip only. The cache title uses a four character CLLI code (Common language location index) of the nearest geographic community.
