Find some parking, get to ground zero, and reach up. Do not park or stop at ground zero.

After I find one of these hides, I always smile when I drive by it. How many people go by here never knowing that there's a little something on the sign. PLEASE do not place too high. Tool might be hanging nearby for those of us vertically-challenged.
