BethKatzPA: This one was missing again. Maybe it's tree fell down, but I think not. Anyway, let's refresh the game board. Thank you for visiting.

Let's sing one more time ...

Geocache Description:

Mike Nesmith song popularized by Linda Ronstadt (the Stone Poneys) in 1967. Reading this cache name triggers the song in my brain.

ORIGINALLY ...The outer “container” here could be a drum if you are gentle. It looks like some critters have drummed on it. Be aware that there may be muggles on two trails here. Closer to Mill Creek is an awesome twisted tree. Fiendish cache owners might place a hanging cache in its branches. This hide is much easier. And, yes, these caches are visible in winter if you are looking for them. I don’t think they are glaringly obvious if you aren’t looking.

HIDE NOW ... The cool spiral tree decomposed. Small cache container is now hanging 4 feet north.

Congratulations to Neida for the FTF as well as the great story. I found your Kelly’s Run cache (the source of the pen?) back on March 21, 2009 as my find #134 after a DNF on May 24, 2008. Great family adventures.
