My Life on the Trolley Cars

As a young boy, I grew up in the town of Bassoville, which later became "Basso Ranch," and then "Bishop Ranch."   Back then, there were trolley cars going every which way!  It was a golden age, and I had a lot of fun helping out on the trolley cars.

One day, I was helping Basso Sr. on the Trolley Car Line. My job was to stamp the tickets. At one stop,  a strange looking gentleman boarded, and handed me a card.  I started to stamp the ticket, but then I noticed something odd. I think there was some type of invisible message!

For some reason, I kept this ticket, and just recently, I came across the little card.  I never figured out what it meant.  Can you help me?
